8 Week Group for Female Identified Youth Age 16 -18 By sharing in community we will learn to love ourselves through practicing self compassion, setting boundaries, exploring the roles of social media/patriarchy/capitalism on our self concept and body image, building our emotional awareness & resilience, tuning into and trusting our intuition, and empowering ourselves and our sisters
