Self-Esteem, Self-Confidence, & People Pleasing

This group is a therapeutic exploration of issues related to self-esteem. The group occurs once a week for 1.5 hours within a non-judgmental space. In the first part of the session, participants will have opportunity to share how day-to-day life is going and any concerns and developments in daily life. In the second portion of the session, participants are invited into a guided activity. And in the final portion of the session, I invite the client to take what was learnt during the activity and use this to rewrite a new image of self.
