(Re)claim and Reconnect: Group for Asian Canadians

We are offering a 7-week virtual group therapy for Asian Canadians in Alberta to foster connection through witnessing and sharing personal stories related to racial identity. In the group you will develop and share stories designed to explore your Asian Canadian identity in a guided manner. These stories will connect to experiences related to place, race, self, and family.
