Reaction Reset (Starting April 2026)

Registration Open! Stress, Reaction, and Conflict Management is an 8-week virtual group for teens ages 13–18. This program helps participants better understand their emotions, manage stress, and learn healthier ways to respond to challenging situations. Teens will build real-life coping skills through interactive discussions and scenario-based activities, giving them tools they can use at school, at home, and with peers. The total cost of the program is $750. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Completion. The program may be used to meet court-mandated requirements, subject to court approval.
