Re-Membering Bereavement Support Group

This support group looks to help those experiencing grief and loss to maintain their relationship with loved ones who have died. Participants are led through exercises which invite stories about the strengths and values of their loved one, how these strengths and values live on in the present; we seek to help participants reclaim the voice of their loved one, and learn how their loved ones’s values can continue to guide participants into the future. Finally, we look help participants reconnect with others who are also interested in telling stories and maintaining traditions that honour deceased loved ones
