PTSD Group
This group follows a psychoeducational model with the goal of creating a long-standing supportive network for its members. The issues to be addressed are: the long-term effects of experiencing a trauma; how to create a safe and supportive environment; how to identify "hot spots" or "triggers"; how to desensitize yourself in a tension-filled environment; how to reclaim your life from trauma; how to restructure your expectations so that you are once more in charge of your life. This group is designed to assist you in reclaiming your life from trauma.

Emotional Preparation for Retirement
This group is for any of you over the age of 50 that is preparing for or in the process of retirement. Most of us prepare ourselves financially for retirement. Few of us prepare emotionally. This is creating serious problems for couples who have been together for 30 or more years and who have dreamed of a peaceful and tension free life after 50. The reality is that these years are often not tension free. In fact, they are tension-filled. This group is designed to help couples explore, develop, communicate, and commit to a future of love.

Couples Exotic Retreat--Enhance Your Relationship
This retreat is not for the faint-hearted. This is a week-long experience that will take you and your relationship to heights that you have not YET experienced. Come and explore the wonders of Costa Rica, Belize, Peru, (and allow your mind to wander to other locales), while you are guided into an exploration of yourself and your relationship. This experience is a combination of physical exercise, historical exploration, just plain fun-in-the-sun, golf, sand dune climbs, reading great books, reading trash, having great conversations, and revelling in the silence of connection and love.
