Insomnia Group Therapy. CBT-I
We are now offering Group Therapy for Insomnia using a CBT-I approach. The group consists of 6 meetings focused on thoughts and behaviours that may interfere with falling and/or maintaining sleep. The Group runs several times a year, and the current cost is $600+HST for the whole treatment; material included.
