Psychodynamic Group Therapy September '24 -June'25

This group's purpose is to enhance one's psychological & emotional development. It is an adjunct to individual therapy. Members interact to help make the emotional and psychological processes that shape us more available to conscious awareness. The group process becomes the therapeutic agent reflecting back to each member the workings of their individual reality. Participants learn how others experience them. Can be challenging and also rewarding as meaningful connections are often forged, camaraderie gained. Weekly sessions, commitment to full 10 month period, $300 monthly.
