Psychodynamic Group Starts Sept 2026 -In-Person

Join our group to enhance your individual therapy! Interact with group members to get in touch with aspects of yourself that undermine your life. Honest and respectful conversations can help you see your blind spots, something we all suffer from. By being brave & opening yourself up to these limiting aspects of your personality, you have a chance to both accept and deal with them in a more helpful manner.
