Psychodrama and Sociometry for Professionals
Several in person, online & hybrid Psychodrama workshops throughout the year. The learnings are applicable not only in counselling & psychotherapy, but also in personal life and a range of professions, e.g., teaching, law practice, life-coaching and so on. Personal Growth for Women
I offer a series (7 weeks; 2.5 hours each) of in-person personal growth groups for women using psychodrama, sociometry & role training, to facilitate better relations with self & others and to handle life transitions & challenges with creativity. Participants' real life experiences form the basis of the group work. The specific focus varies in response to group needs. The group is open to all women. No experience with psychodrama required.
