P.O.S.T.S -Preparing for High School

This 6-week virtual group is for children who are starting high school this fall and will focus on: Self-awareness, confidence, self-esteem, interpersonal skills, self-advocacy, stress, anxiety, planning, and organizational skills. The opportunities to connect with other children entering high school will better help them manage this transition. Fees are $200/pp. Two dates to choose from: Tuesdays 6:00 to 7:30 pm- July 12 to August 16 or Thursdays 11 am to 12:30- July 14 to August 18. Max 10 participants. Parents will receive information each week to support their student's learning.
