PMDD/Severe PMS Group Support
PMDD/PME/PMS support for women who suffer with feelings of hopelessness, anger, and feeling overwhelmed. Using a DBT informed approach, we focus on gaining control of one's emotions during all stages of their cycle, improving distress tolerance and learn to feel better, and learn to reduce conflict and increase understanding in relationships. * All sessions include 1 hour of group support and discussions and 1 hour of psychoeducation/DBT skills.
