Pathways to Balance is a supportive and inclusive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills group designed for individuals seeking to enhance their emotional well-being and build stronger relationships. Our group is open to people from all walks of life, promoting a diverse and nurturing environment where participants can learn, grow, and connect. In this group, we will explore the four core DBT modules: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Through a combination of group discussions, practical exercises, and personalized feedback, participants will acquire valuable tools and strategies to navigate life's challenges and foster emotional balance.
