Parenting Reset

The Parenting Reset is a two-day, in-person experience for parents and caregivers who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to support their child through big emotions or mental health challenges. Grounded in Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), neuroscience, and trauma-informed care, this workshop offers practical, experiential skills to help you stay regulated, respond with confidence, and reconnect with your child. Rather than focusing on behaviour alone, The Parenting Reset helps you understand what’s happening beneath the surface — so you can move from frustration and burnout toward clarity, connection, and hope.

DBT Skills for Big Emotions: A 16–23 Skills Group
This 18-week DBT skills group is designed for teens and young adults (ages 16–23) who experience intense emotions, impulsivity, self-harm urges, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or disordered eating. Participants will learn practical, evidence-based skills to better understand emotions, manage distress, reduce reactive behaviors, and navigate relationships with more confidence and self-respect. This is a skills-focused, experiential group that emphasizes real-life application, not lectures. Participants may be new to DBT or looking to deepen and strengthen previously learned skills.
