Parenting Psycho-Ed

These Psycho-educational workshops are a way to empower parents using scientific knowledge conveyed in an understandable manner. These types of workshops are brief, easy, and great opportunities to learn about a topic related to mental health, parenting styles, emotions, or behaviours. Parents can then use it to help improve the dynamics of parenting, and learn about topics such as anxiety, depression, parenting styles, attachment styles, CBT, DBT, etc.
