A six-week support group held beginning June 30 and running every Wednesday until AUgust 4. In this workshop we discuss and engage in creating safety, identifying rights, exploring communication patterns, self-compassion, and processing loss. There is a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 6. All sessions will be held over Zoom. Please call or email if you are interested in participating.

Making time for grief enables participants to function more effectively in their daily lives.
