Fried, Flat, & Feral is an 8-week virtual group for autistic and AuDHD adults moving through burnout. Guided by The Autistic Burnout Workbook, this space offers low-pressure support, reflection, and community. You don’t need to be in a good place to join — just a little bit of capacity to show up. Together, we’ll explore what burnout means in autistic lives, how to recognize it sooner, and how to rebuild rhythms that actually work for your brain and body. Come as you are — masked, unmasked, crispy, curious — and be met with care, clarity, and zero performance pressure.

Loneliness impairs us. We are all pack animals and we all need meaningful connection with others. Many of us have gotten rusty in our social skills, especially now. We have a great time in Friendship Groups for Humans. This is not therapy, this is a peer-support group with a focus on connection and wellness. We practice loving kindness together to create a safe space to share what's going on for you in your life as we find new flexibility to co-create more meaningful relationships and experiences in life. Online. Looking for locations around Church/Wellesley.
