emotionally exuberant -- a group for BIG feelers!
in this group you will learn to identify, express and take charge of your emotions. through conversation, art and expressive exercises, you will learn to better understand your emotional needs and limits and to identify patterns of reactivity. you'll have a chance to meet others who like you feel things deeply. being part of a group helps you learn more about yourself and your relationships with others. groups run year round for both youth and adults. *now accepting applications for spring & summer cohorts*
