Resiliency & Recovery Skills for Complex Trauma
A ten-week group for women 25 yrs & older. Provides education, and recovery & resiliency skills for adult survivors of trauma. The group will help you understand the many different thoughts, feelings and symptoms you may have as an adult after experiencing traumatic events. The group will provide members with exercises and skills to foster safety and stability. We do not discuss our history. Potential participants will speak with Erin before registering for group to ensure that it is appropriate for them. Next group beginning Tuesday, January 21 2020. Fee is $500 for the 10 week program.
