In group therapy, we are able to harness the power of connection to amplify healing potential of EMDR Therapy. We will work through all 8 phases of EMDR Therapy as a group. Disconnection is the most painful thing we experience and is at the root of suffering. Healing occurs through, and in, connection to others. This is an online group. Wednesdays either 1130 am or 7 pm.
