MOMS: Therapy Support Group

This group is for moms who are having a hardtime after the birth of a baby. This group offers a safe space to foster mutual care and support which in itself increases confidence and well-being. You are not a bad parent and what you are experiencing is not your fault. Find support, and helpful strategies for better coping. Babies are allowed.
