Come explore the benefits of mindfulness and nature exposure through guided meditations and mindfulness activities by Danielle McCallum Registered Psychotherapist. Benefits of mindfulness and nature exposure have been shown to: increase emotion regulation, improve mental clarity, reduce somatic and cognitive anxiety symptoms, decrease burnout and compassion fatigue, reduce stress, increase emotional intelligence and improve physical well-being.
