Book Club Therapy - "Dare to Lead"
Book club therapy provides a supportive environment to explore thoughts and emotions and the impact they have on our lives through the conversations sparked from literary pieces. We take the support and enjoyment of book club and integrate therapeutic discussions and skill building throughout our weeks together.
