Learn to reduce your stress and anxiety, and take time for yourself. You are worth it! Mondays 6:30-7:30pm biweekly for 7 weeks. Staring Sept, 2022. Do you need to take more time for self-care? Do you need to focus on yourself in order to maintain your mental well-being or improve your mental health? Maybe you need to learn coping skills to reduce your stress and anxiety. Learn meditation practices which are simple and easy to use in your everyday life. Participate in conversations about your wellness and see the benefits in your daily life!
