Learning how to practice mindfulness can help reduce stress, improve your relationships, develop resilience, and cultivate compassion for yourself and others. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) was founded 30 years ago, and is the gold standard for learning mindfulness meditation. The dates for the course are March 1- April 17, 2025. This course includes weekly 2.5 hour sessions on Sunday mornings including group meditations, mindful movement, discussions and teachings. There is a commitment to weekly attendance and home practice, with a full day retreat on April 6th. Please check out my website for more information!
