Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an evidence-based, 8-week training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. Based on the groundbreaking research of Kristin Neff & the clinical expertise of Christopher Germer, MSC teaches core principles & practices to support people to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care and understanding. MSC is strongly associated with emotional well-being; less anxiety, depression, and stress; maintenance of healthy habits such as diet & exercise; and more satisfying personal relationships. Oct. 21-Dec.2 9:30am-12pm and a half-day retreat on Nov.19/22 ON & NS Residents.
