Mindful Meals
I offer facilitated and virtual mindful meals Tuesday nights. We start with brief meditation then a slow and mindful approach to our meal with the intention of aligning with our hunger and becoming aware of the blocks to doing so. There are regular pauses to allow sharing of each individual's experience. Coming together as a community brings people out of shame and isolation. I offer this through meetup.com. The link is below.

Daring and Sharing Weekly Call
I offer a weekly support and coaching call that runs as a book club. We read a chapter of a book related to emotional well-being and bring it back to our emotional relationship to food. It is a powerful place to share where you are in your journey and learn from other participants who join virtually from all over.
