This 8 week group or weekend intensive, brings you in touch with your body wisdom and back to intuitive eating; the way you were designed to eat. Each session builds on the other, and integrates mindfulness practices to help calm your nervous system and gain tools to curb cravings and compulsions and savour food.

Have you struggled with your weight your whole life and have a love-hate relationship with food. Mindful eating offers tools to let go of the diets and weight loss schemes and learn to trust your body and eat intuitively. This eight week group will offer mindfulness-based practices, explore relationship with food and your body, increase tolerance for uncomfortable emotions you may be currently eating over. Discover how extending compassion toward yourself can influence positive choices and increase your desire to lovingly care for yourself.
