Mental Health and Movement Group Therapy
Join us for our 6 week group therapy course where you will be invited into a safe and judgement free space to discuss common mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, boundaries, guilt and more. Learn coping skills and strategies from therapy models including ACT, DBT, Somatic therapy and Mindfulness in increase self-esteem, emotional regulation, and learn different yoga poses and movements that aid in increasing our mind-body awareness and reducing stress and overwhelm. Leave group feeling a sense of community, connection and with increased knowledge and confidence in your abilities to manage stress and challenges.
