Men's Support Group

Our Men’s Group is designed to create a safe space for men to have discussions around men’s issues, masculinity, and empowerment. Our goal is to help men become closer and more in-tuned with who they are, and move towards improving their mental health and becoming trauma-informed agents of change in our societies. The focus of the group will be on topics such as: Childhood development, teenage years and finding our place in the society, men’s sexual development, the nice guy and the bad boy, relationship challenges, confidence and self-esteem, anxiety management, fear of abandonment,
