Men's Support for Change

This process group for men is not about men being the problem but rather men accepting responsibility for inappropriate behaviours (both to and from others) and learning how to express and manage unhealthy conflict. Frequent themes include: Unfairness, Boundary Work, Respectful Communication, Family Conflict, Solution Work, Managing Anger, Emotional Intelligence, Shame Resilience and Building Sense of Self. This is a community based program funded by the United Way and is free of charge to participants who voluntarily attend in order to achieve personal growth, and relational solutions.
