Mens' Group

Focussed on personal growth, this in-person group offers a safe space to explore participants' challenges, whether personal or relational, through professional facilitation, peer support, psychoeducation, and targeted exercises. Group size will be limited to ensure adequate time for all participants. The day and time will be finalized based on all those registered being able to meet at that time. It will run for 8 weeks, from approximately January 20 - March 10, 2025. A second, follow-up group may be offered in April 2025.
