Men's Group Penticton

Courage, Challenge, Connection, Change- A bi-weekly, in-person men’s therapeutic group in Penticton. This group offers a diverse group of men a mix of challenge, support, and heart based experiential learning. We’ll use tools and practices from various modalities including: Mindfulness and awareness practices, Gestalt, Hakomi, Inner child work, Shadow work, and Internal Family Systems. Deepen personal insight, develop more empathy and awareness, learn to listen to your ‘inner teacher’ and explore emotion through embodiment. Contact Peter Kok to register or more info.
