MBCT - Learn to manage depression and anxiety
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy is designed to help people who experience bouts of depression and/or anxiety, and combines the ideas of cognitive therapy with meditative practices and attitudes based on the cultivation of mindfulness. The heart of this work lies in becoming acquainted with the modes of mind that often characterize low mood or anxiousness while simultaneously learning to develop a new relationship to them. Mindfulness for ADHD 8-week course
Mindfulness for ADHD is a new evidence-based program, consisting of 8, 90-minute group sessions, where tools and skills are introduced for addressing challenging aspects of living with ADHD, and the opportunity for working on these challenges is structured into the course. The program starts mid September and runs weekly on Sundays from 4 to 5:30 pm.
