*Please inquire for dates* Group therapy can be more effective for most people. So much is learned from sharing in a group setting, and most couples discover that their experiences are similar to those of other couples. Group therapy has even created lasting friendships between clients. Level up your therapy by attending therapy in a group format (8 hours Saturday and Sunday 9am-5:30pm for two weekends and payment is due at time of registration: total for 32 hours is $2,560). *Maximum of 5 couples*

Walk and Talk Group Therapy
*This group is on a temporary hold until after the Christmas season.* Designed to assist clients with depression and anxiety. We walk for 30 minutes, then sit in a group to talk for 30 minutes. Sessions occur twice a week for 8 weeks starting September 10th. This is good for clients of all physical capabilities, but please ensure you have doctor's clearance to walk for 30 minutes twice a week. Each session is $50 and commitment to the 8 weeks is expected.
