IFS Consultation
Engage in individual or group consultation to deepen and integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) into your clinical work. Together, we explore cases, Practitioner Parts, stuck points, and the challenges that arise when applying IFS in practice. My approach is supportive, reflective, and experiential, helping you strengthen both your understanding of the model and your confidence using it. Whether you are newer to IFS or deepening an existing practice, consultation offers space for professional growth, personal insight, and meaningful connection within a collaborative learning environment.

IFS Guided Triads
Join Guided Triad and Peer Practice sessions designed to deepen your experiential understanding of Internal Family Systems (IFS). These sessions offer opportunities to practice IFS skills in real time while receiving guidance, feedback, and support from an experienced IFS therapist. The focus is on strengthening confidence, developing greater Self-leadership, and refining your ability to apply the model in clinical work. While reflective and experiential in nature, these groups are intended for learning and skill development rather than therapy. Participants gain practical experience within a compassionate and collaborative learning environment.
