In-Person Grief and Loss Support Group (6 weeks)

Starting Wednesday January 14, 2026 (afternoons or evenings). Registration and pre-screening required, 6-8 adult participants. In this group, we will learn to hold and express our grief one moment at a time. We will also learn how to step back and self-soothe when grief gets too intense. The structure of this group includes meditation, mindful movement, psychoeducation, journaling, and care-and-share opportunities. We encourage you to bring what you learn from this group into your day-to-day practice. $600 for 6 weekly sessions, 1.5 hours each. Cost may be reimbursed by some insurance providers.
