Parenting teens is no easy task—maintaining a strong connection can feel overwhelming. When do you hold on tight? And when do you let go? ? Let me support you in staying close through the chaos. This psychoeducational retreat is designed for both parents and teens, helping move relationships from conflict and confusion toward deeper understanding, comfort, and connection. Through horse interactions/experiences, guided exercises, structured parent-teen conversations, and the support of a group setting, families will learn how to lean on each other during this transformative stage.
