This is an online yoga and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) group for generalized anxiety. You must be diagnosed with GAD to take part. The program will help you to: Challenge maladaptive automatic thoughts, bring non-judgemental awareness to experience with distance, to better tolerate physiological aspects of anxiety, regulate breathing patterns for overall calm, to move in ways that bring strength and ease, tap into unique gifts, develop courage, and foster a capacity for compassion. Next group is starting soon (will post when it's finalized).
