Group Therapy for Koreans

Join our 8-week online group therapy for Koreans, by Koreans, and in Korean, every Thursday evening, from February 6 to March 27, 2024, from 5:30-7 PM, via Zoom. This group is for 20-29 y/o Koreans in AB, QC, NS, NB, YT and NU and will focus on self-care, mental health, trauma, immigrant experiences, and fostering a sense of community among members.
