For Therapists: Build Your Experiential Toolkit
If you have been wanting to help your clients create meaningful change in their lives, then talk therapy is not enough. The emphasis of this group is to support you in building confidence in using experiential exercises with clients. You will learn and practise techniques for working with some common client presenting concerns of low self-esteem, inner critic, inner child, relationship conflicts and childhood trauma.
