Family and Group Therapy for Addiction

Addiction is a family illness. Family and Small Group Therapy for Addiction is rooted in compassion and empathy for loved ones who struggle with addiction. Hope, resilience and skills building will help you to help your family. In a small group (maximum 4), you will learn about addiction, how to establish boundaries, how to find resources and how to cope with crises. Group support will enable you to draw on the experiences of others, to address immediate problems, to develop solutions and to know you are not alone.
