Exploring Body Trust® Group (May 5-June 23, 2026)

This group is designed for adults who want to explore their unique body story, the foundations of Body Trust, and the practice of embodiment within an 8-week group therapy program. Cost is $50 per session ($400 total). This group meets every Tuesday from 6:30-8 pm in an accessible space. Please contact cara-joyroeseler@proton.me for more information or to register.
