Empowered Support for Self-Esteem

Are you someone who suffers from low self-esteem? It is a common problem in our society today, so know that you are not alone! Low self-esteem is often characterized as a lack of confidence and involves being critical about oneself. Individuals with low self-esteem often have negative core beliefs about themselves that they think are factual and true. This online group is designed to help you challenge the negative beliefs you hold about yourself while understanding how these beliefs came to be. Group will start January 16th 2023 and run for 5 weeks. Age: 18+
