EMDR Therapy Group for Helping Professionals

Group EMDR Therapy is a brief and targeted intervention to help you reduce acute distress from daily caregiving, while also strengthening your grounding and stabilization skills. We implement a specific EMDR Group Traumatic Episode Protocol (G-TEP) for Helping Professionals (therapists, first responders, doctors, etc.). Groups (between 2-10 people) meet either in person at our Burlington office or remotely and facilitated by a Certified EMDR Therapist (Christina Janiga). Our groups provide a supportive space where you DO NOT have to talk about your distress AND still have the opportunity to reprocess it through guided instructions incorporating eye movements.
