Divergent Together
We are done doing this alone. This is a therapist-led group for neurodivergent folks: people who have (or think they might have!) ADHD, autism, learning differences, 2e or giftedness. This is for those who are tired of feeling like they don't quite fit in. Whether you often feel misunderstood, mask a lot, or feel just plain alone, this group is for you! This space is designed to take the pressure off. No small talk required, just real people showing up as they are.

SAD Together: For Seasonal Affective Disorder
We’re doing the darker months differently this year: think shadow work, but make it cozy and communal. This is a therapist-led group for creatives, neurodivergent folks, and tender-hearted humans who know or suspect they’ve experienced Seasonal Affective Disorder. Late Fall and Winter are reflective times. Instead of fighting a natural pull inward, we’ll lean into it to explore our inner worlds. We’ll face the truths the dark months bring and discover what they’re here to teach us. Blankets, tea, and creative materials provided!
