Dialectical Behavioural skills training is delivered in an online group format, that is very similar to attending a class. This group has multiple opportunities for enrolment as it runs year long for 24 weeks, each cohort meets once per week for 2 hours. Individuals sometimes choose to repeat this to reinforce their skills. DBT Skills training covers the four pillars of Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
