Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) helps people who experience unstable and intense negative emotions. DBT Skills Training Group uses a range of strategies for you to learn coping skills that improve the regulation of your emotions and behaviours. You are taught how to identify and label intense emotions and how to manage your feelings with behavioural strategies.

The DBT Graduate Group is a 13-week group for those who have completed at least one full round of a DBT Skills Group (minimum 6 months) and are committed to maintaining their gains, building upon the skills they’ve learned and mastering advanced DBT skills.

Family & Friends (F&F) Group
The Family and Friends Group is a 13-week group designed for those with relationships with individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or otherwise challenged with emotional dysregulation. Through education, skills training and network building, group members will learn how to navigate these relationships and support their own and their loved one's well-being.
