Join us for a 6-week, parent-baby therapeutic art group designed to strengthen your connection with your baby, yourself and your community. This group offers a blend of psychoeducation, support and expressive arts therapy methods to assist you during this important life stage. Led by both a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Art Therapist, you are encouraged to participate at your own comfort level and no art experience is necessary. Open to parents with babies under 1yr. and offered by South Rock Perinatal Wellness Collective.

A 6-week, topic-based group designed to build your postpartum parent-baby community and confidence. This group features multiple interdisciplinary professionals providing information and support to assist you with your postpartum needs. Facilitated by a Registered Clinical Counsellor, you will have the opportunity to connect with a different perinatal professional each week on topics such as postnatal nutrition, safe exercise, baby care, feeding, community resources, mental/emotional wellness, etc. Open to parents with babies under 1yr and offered by South Rock Perinatal Wellness Collective.
