Co-Parenting after Separation-Group Counselling

This is an online group to support parents who are navigating co-parenting after a separation. In this group you will be provided with tools and strategies to successfully co-parent while keeping communication safe, open and healthy. During this group we will work towards managing anger and frustration, show you how to plan for continued routine and structure in both homes, and we will also examine how your parenting decisions can affect your children. This group will leave you with skills, and resources to make the transition as seamless as possible for your children.
